OTTO, BEC and OURS are door knobs reminiscent of a family of animals. It are a nod to the decorative art of bronze door handles. On this specific scale, 3D printing offers a relevant production alternative to the objects produced by industrial casting. By anticipating its technical constraints, it offers great freedom in the design of objects. Here the door knobs evoke animals in their simplest expression. Between abstraction and figuration, the objects seem to set in motion and to walk, crawl or sing.
